he says "she is working on fixing it"....that is the biggest load of crap imo..you cannot "fix" something like that anymore, any altering of the speedo is reported as odometer fraud.

 

Funny, before the miata I was very close from buying a 94 mustang gt, and when we got to the notary, the title said 220k miles and the car said 120k. Me and my dad were like **** that and so I now have a miata lol.

 

So the ad says 64,000, the vin says 95,000 and then he corrects it saying 63,000?

 

the picture of the odo doesn't look anything like 6X,000

 

I can't believe the people that are still bidding...I would have retracted my bid along time ago.

to me, it looks like 66,666.

 

whoever will pay more than 2k for that thing is crazy

 

Same thing happened to me when I registered my miata.

Instead of putting in 16193, the ******* idiot at the DMV put in 161930.

I had to send carfax proof that the car in fact had the that mileage, and they later updated it in the report.

when shopping for my wrx I test drove an sti. the guy goes: " the car has 12k miles on it, never mind that the odometer says 26k".......he wanted top dollar for it, we carfax'd it and the miles were like 32 or something. He calls me and goes "Ok, I'll drop 100 bux off the price for the little mileage mixup".....I laughed in his face
