what's the actual weight difference between the SR and the KA? I've heard anywhere from less than 50 to 200lbs.
The fe3 can be made into a 2.3l with a junkyard crank and an overbore, that's why I like it. An sr really doesn't seem to have any advantages over a 99+ BP, aside from 200cc. You've already got a 1.8, just pick up a '99+ head and some pistons and rods and you've got a real monster.

once again I'd like to see hard cold data of a SR at 400 rwhp stock that last a long time.
BP can make 400rwhp stock.
FE3's have made 400 stock with bad manifold's. And its internals put the "almighty" SR and 4G63 to shame
