While dreaming about my expected S2 I was perusing the BEGI site, looking and reading up on it, I came across their 25 day guarantee.

I was kind of amazed that Corky promises your products in 25 days from deposit taken or its $15 for every day after that off your bill.

I am kind of surprised that considering so much is custom, or in house built.

Hmmm... what am I doing trying to talk them out of kicking back money....

If I actually expected to take part in this program (which I don't, don't rush it, make em right) I can have my S2 for three grand by...May 10thish...

Just playing, I'll take the kit over the kick back any day...any day soon?

Where does it say that? Mine took over a month (I really don't care about that as I won't be able to install it until June probably). So concensus is I go the wrong parts?

I just wanted to add to this that my situation was very quickly resolved and I'm more than happy with the outcome.

Johndoe, I just relooked at their site, and I believe they took that page down.. Good thing too. I would hate for them to rush, just to save 15 bucks and mess something up.
Like I said before, I'd rather wiat and get a good complete kit than get some junk or something missing on time...

And BTW, everytime I call them, they have been nothing but friendly and helpfull. I give them a thumbs up on that for sure!

Whenever they say, "Someone will call you back," I always say to myself, "I'll call you back in a few hours." I can never get someone to call me back with an answer. I'm also having some fitting problems with my S3 and they forgot to ship me my MS.

That would be one of my "blonde" moments, sorry! Did I get it taken care of?

I ordered a S5 manifold and downpipe a few weeks ago through the website just before the price increase. Everything so far has been fine and I spoke w/ Corky over the phone and w/ Stephanie via email. Hopefully I can get my oil comsumption issue solved before the parts get here so I can install them. I may try to pull the motor this weekend and re-ring it.

I have not installed my system yet, but my only beef with the turbo kit from looking at it is that my rear 02 sensor is on the bottom of the pipe. It should be on the top.

I had to modify more things than not to make them fit well, or fit at all. And I had several mixups with shipping. As I've noted before part of this I'm sure had to do with Stephanie being sick for an extended period of time, but they are all very friendly. Seemingly forgetful, but friendly. But it has been a very frustrating adventure.

If it makes you feel any better, I just installed a S kit on a 1.6. It was suppose to be easy, and it was a freakin nightmare!!! The 2pc SGDP didnt fit together because the collector was not circle, it was oval, then the bracket that holds the bolt together was welded too close to the pipe, so it wont go in let alone turn. I had spoken to Bell about this same issue on my Greddy SGDP, but i guess they didnt listen. The 90* elbow was too long so I had to chop it down to size, the silicone connecting hoses were all wrong size with wrong size clamps. The MAF Sensor bracket was off by about an inch. The hood doesnt close properly because it hits the cross over tube to the TB. The DP has a separator welded to divide the gases, problem is, the have it welded to the turbo & DP so after installed, the WG cant open all the way cuz they hit each other! The studs used on the turbo also had clearance issues. The list goes on & on. This is suppose to be No more than an 8hr job, but took over 20hrs due to non-fitting parts.

I might add and remind everyone, this was a S kit NON-Intercooled.
They are very nice @ Bell, but that doesnt help with the time wasted and a down car.

Good thing we have fixed most of those issues, huh? Sorry you got ahold of an older kit and it was a headache.

We have not shipped a downpipe with a separator weld on it for over 4 years. Those have been welded into the turbine housing for four years also, if a baffle was needed.

Could you explain a little more? It is just not possible that you were shipped a four year old design recently.
