Thank god I took the CHL class... can't wait for my license to get here. I've been carrying the glock around the house all week getting used to it.

I knew this post had to be from texas before even looking at the profile.

Just bring him a case of beer and spend a few hours talking guns, he'll be your best friend.

File the death threat complaint with the PD and with the association if there is one. If you use a sawed off shotgun (below legal length) to defend yourself or property you'll be prosecuted for the illegal firearm, either federally or by the state. If you carry a concealed firearm with a permit, you should have liability insurance. If you don't and think that's stupid now, you won't after the first incident.

I've dealt with things like this before with some of my troops. You absolutely need to get a police report and document it. In the end, he's probably just a big ***** who needs an ***-whuppin to shut him up, but you never know.

What a crazy *** bastard.

You did the right thing.

Peeling out in a parking lot is one thing, threatening to kill you in your sleep because of a beep is another.

What insurance is this, what does it protect you from, and who do you contact to get it?
