You sick sons of bitches... I expect the "views" counter to click over like my airspeed indicator on a cat-shot.
In any case, the wifes' water just broke. We're in the delivery room and the nurse says we're in for the long haul.
Thank all that is holy under the sun that this hospitol has wireless for patients! It's even faster than my home connection. I promise pics as soon as the little worm pops out... might be tomorrow though. It's our first one. I am so clueless.

First one, eh? You'll be fine, just roll with the punches. You already have all the baby furniture (crib, changing table, etc) and the newborn diapers, rear-facing seat, etc. right? I had my first last year, and then had to leave 3 weeks later for Kuwait. It's incredible watching her grow and learn, you'll love it.
Congratulations!

We've got all the hardware. 2 baby showers took care of that. Navy wives live for hooking up other Navy wives with their old stuff... and with new stuff. Our entire registry at BabysR'Us was bought. I spent 2 hours in there with the zapper and hit everything that looked interesting. We got all of it. So far nothing is happening. The nurse comes in every 15minutes and I'm trying not to let my ADD get the best of me.
Again, another full round or props to the dude who hooked up the wifi in here. Only complaint is that they've blocked photobucket and some of the other major pic-sites... can't see half the **** in the EPIC PIC THREAD.

From conception to birth and beyond a noobs guide by samnavy
My thought exactly, but then I just got out of the hospital Wednesday after a 6 day stay for surgery. Wireless in the hospital really helped the day go by.
Sam - Congratulations on your new Baby. The birth of a child is an emotion that cannot be accurately described, only felt.

The following is actually for real. It's not a photochop:

It's part of the Haynes Family Series workshop manuals: http://www.haynes.co.uk/webapp/wcs/s...category=10152
Other titles of interest:

So I'm happy to say my wife cooter was unchanged by the experience.
