Default Need computer help!

On my laptop I have my EMB set to COM port 2. Worked great until I inserted a san disk card into my multi reader. I read on the net that the multi reader took over COM port 2. I tried using my device manager but I'm not that great with computers.

So how do I check what is on COM 2, and how do I reset it? Thanks.
