Also a fun fact I learned today, Apple spends CONSIDERABLY less on R&D as a % of total revenue than their competitors.
I always joked that they were a marketing company which also sold computers. I didn't know there was a factual basis for my joke!
Early LTE adopters are gonna pissed when they realize how much they are paying for how little they getting once the market is saturated with devices. This is of course dependant on location... I would imagine San Jose, CA is going to have a higher density of 4G LTE devices than say... Twin Falls, ID (if they even get LTE rolled out in that market...)
Oh I'm getting one, but only to tune my suspension:

and then in like 3 months ill buy the ipod5s and in 3 more, the ipod6.

So when are you writing the MegaSquirt iPhone app, brainy?
I want to tune my car, but I don't want to get off my couch. Can't anyone help lazy ***** like me?
Also, finally found a use for the iPhone 5:

It's revolutionary.

There will never be a megasquirt app for the iPhone. Phil Tobin the guy who writes TS tried, the blue tooth support that the iPhone offers without being jail broken sucks to much to make it possible.

The bandwidth caps are a bandaid. The problem is round-robin gets slower the more users you add. Verizon has had very popular LTE Android phones out for a while, so I think they are probably better prepared than AT&T (who has been spending their money trying to buy T-Mobile rather than building out their infrastructure). Is AT&T ready for a doubling (or more, numbers pulled from ***) of it's LTE subscribers?

I was going to pre-order mine early this morning, but decided to hold off. Only because I want to go over my last year of bills and compare my ATT plan to Verizon/Sprint.
Still might order one before the day is over.
