I accepted a job at the UofA (University of Arizona) supervising the parking garage operations :gay: not too glamourous a job, but it's a damn decent one! I'll be salary and mon-fri for the first time in my life (previously a retail *****). Plus summer/break hours are cake and I won't have to fight to get holidays off. Todays a f-ing great day

Although, I'm posting because the best part is (sorry to brag here, a ton of you are in school i'm sure) full-load graduate (or u/g) level classes..... (wait for it)...... 105 bucks a semester.



Mad exciting yet strangly humbling being able to take whatever classes I want.

Congrats. I also work at the UofA (University of Alberta), I've been there nearly 10 years and I love it. Makes me feel a little old thought!

It's an insanely weird feeling to flip through the catalog and think about what degree I want to pursue, and actually know I can afford it. College is so fuggin expensive otherwise. Good to hear some of you are getting free educations!

Sad thing is I don't feel "ready" for grad classes yet. Might have to hang here for awhile. Think these guys could make me some parts..

Lucky bastard, my school doesnt even have full scholarships you can only get 1/2 in grants, rest have to be private or loans.

I have been taking classes since 1999, all on the Corporate dime....(working on my third degree)... Oh, most of my class time is during working hours, and they still pay me....
