Glad you are OK. So correct me if I am wrong here, but it seems like the cops could have picked that guy up and thrown him in jail especially since his GF showed up talking about how he had admitted to it. Fleeing the scene of an accident, improper (stolen?) license plate, and suspicion of DWI come to mind.

 

Holy **** what a dirtbag, how is he not in jail?

 

Thing is that the guy ran away, again, after his girlfriend talked to the police officers. The officer in charge of the investigation told me he himself went through the gf's house and found nothing. It seems that this guy fled to a friend's or a relative's place. After I spoke to the officer the police was still looking for him. Although the guy is an idiot the car is registered on his name and he left it at the "crime scene", if you would.

Till now I havent heard any updates, but Im confident he will be caught and also charge with criminal charges. As a matter of fact Im waiting for a court date to appears a witness for the state in reference to the incident

 

Hopefully they will catch him and he'll be fed the cockmeat sandwich in Guantanamo

Yeah I hope so too. However Im lead to believe that he doesnt, the tag on the car at the moment didnt belong to that particular car.

I hope so too but the knee thats hurting the most right now is the same I had surgery back in highschool when I tore my meniscus playing soccer. I hope is nothing more than a bruise

Wow, that sucks. Glad your ok. Stolen tag ,no insurance, hit and run, thats so South Florida.

 

Sucks man, I know the feeling. That happened to me as well, except it was an illegal Mexican woman in a Mercury Mountaineer. Ran a stop sign and BAM, nailed my front end. Didn't look to bad until I popped the hood, the whole frame was bent out of shape. Got a new front end. Damn near totaled.

When she hit me, she floored it out of there. A guy behind me who saw it happened set chase in his breadbox van (quite a spectacle ), followed her and brought her back to the scene of the accident. Woman had no insurance aswell.

Now the owner of the car (The illegal's sister) is being sued by insurance and the city. ******* deserved it.

But one new front end later, I'm good to go.
