I think the overall body lines are good, but it has too much going on for me.

 

WOW! That **** is sick! Super clean and very well put together. The first actual nice looking autokonexion fastback. Too bad it had to be hacked apart and customized to make it look good.

Nice find. I don't visit m.net, so I only get to see something if its linked from here. Glad I didn't miss that.

 

Holy ****. I didn't think I was going to like it, but something about it is awesome! I kind of don't like the front lights, but they match the rear.

 

Yeah, it's all 928/TVR/BMW Z4 rolled into one.

 

I kind of like parts of it but I dont like them all on the same car at the same time. It does look better executed than some of the body hacks I've seen, but I bet he has serious head/tail lighting issues.

Wild project though

 

I think it looks very 944ish. Which I like.

One comment, though- why do people list things like:

Aluminium brace bar
Purple ignition leads
Chromed rocker cover
Purple silicone hoses
Braided brake lines
Custom screen washer jets tucked under the bonnet

As "Engine" modifications? I don't get it. Most of those would embarass me rather than be something I'd want to brag about. I guess I just can't stand when somebody makes a really cool/fast looking car that has no ***** to back itself up.

 

looks like a beached whale, hope he doesn't sneeze on his fiberglass and it cracks in half.

seriously, all that work is laughable, it looks like *******. It has 10" tires for 90rwhp and a bloated estimated 3000lbs curb weight for crying out loud.

 

Wow I did not even notice the serious lack of anything performance oriented listed there. Poor thing.

 

but it has a diffuser blocked by exhaust piping....its gotta be fast.

 

I do sort of like the tail end. Reminds me a bit of a TVR.

The front end, OTOH, reminds me a bit of the vehicle they use to push commercial aircraft back from the gate.

 

Wait..all that work and only painted with a spray can? yuck.

i like the idea.....but i hate that the car is "molded". it will all crack eventually.

 

Well haters, I think it looks pretty darn awesome. I've always wanted to do that moulded thing with the gaps bondoed or whatever.

 

Looks ok I guess, but wow that must be slow.

 

the molding work seems like it was done nicely....however that just looks like the most desperate approach of turning something into a turd and then midway into it saying, "oh crap, now i have to try and polish it somehow"

 

From the doors back I like it. Dont like the front fenders, lip, turnsignals. And its ugly as sin from the back, fat ***.

 

That has gotta be the ugliest piece of **** I have ever seen.

What the **** was the owner thinking when putting that ******* ugly thing together......I wonder if he's a member of cr.net.
