I'm going to go on ahead and agree on this one. If you're going to do something stupid, I.E. speed excesively, at least pay attention and maintain control of your bloody vehicle. He was probably easily doubling the posted limit in a car that certainly doesn't respond well to sudden jerks of the steering wheel...
