The best bodyweight workout guide I've found is this:

http://www.rosstraining.com/nevergymless.html

I've used it to work up to (cheater -- 1 foot against the wall for balance) handstand pushups successfully. Ultimate goal is freestanding handstand pushups.

Today brain and I will be attempting to overcome the bench press plateau we've been at for probably a year.

I think I am going to go "full lean" (aka as Paleo as I can) this week and hope to drop the last little bit of body fat then eat some chicken & waffles and some beignets this weekend. After that, I will look in to more of a "strength training" challenge for the next couple of months with a defined goal and time frame.

My wife has said she wants to incorporate weight training and now that we have "finished" the Insanity program, that should work well.

I went for a quick bike ride around the same loop I jogged and used a GPS app to measure the time and distance. It's actually 2.45 miles according to the app which sounds right. That puts me closer to an 11-minute mile. I would probably be pretty stoked with that during the event itself.

So much for that. After work cocktails are the bane of my shredded abs!
