It says I dont qualify.....I didn't get the email. It looks like it is reserved to people who were sent the offer through email. This is pretty gay cuz I know for a fact that I have used paypal at least once a week for the last 4 years. They have probably made $1000 in 3.5% fee bullshit off of me. The least they could do is reciprocate a $15 coupon....

did you enter the correct paypal email address? if so, you should still be eligibile given your outstanding committment to paypal's services- let them know.

Yup, I typed in my email correctly. The terms and conditions of the offer specifically state that you are only eligible if you received an email directly from them :(

sorry guys- I didn't get the email from them. I pulled that off of one of those deal sites when I saw it listed for an item on dell.com.

Uhm, guys,
This Is A Scam.

Promotionexpert.com resolves to 209.208.189.123, and is registered to "Globix Corporation" in New York.

Paypal.com on the other hand, resolves to 216.113.188.65, and is registered to eBay, Inc., the owners of PayPal.

In other words, that website is being run by someone other than PayPal, presumably as a phishing operation to collect valid PayPal usernames.

Look at that address a bit more closely. It's not paypal.com, it's paypal.promotionexpert.com. Heck, I could register the domain paypal.JoePerez.com if I wanted to.

Why would PayPal use a domain registered to a different company to run their own promotion? People do this scam all the time- they copy the graphics and stylesheets of a legit company, then register a similar-sounding domain name and direct people to it. It's usually banks and utility companies, but PayPal has been hit before.

Go ahead and sign up if you want, I'm just warning y'all.
