I applaud them. Seriously. Since the typical NC mods are either film covers over foglamps, new floormats, or spare 12V outlets. At least this guy used man tools.

yeah, but what a waste. what did he expect to find/do? Some dwarves blowing into kazoos and give them clarinets instead? It's how I'd expect every factory "turbo" muffler to look.
