dammit pat, we're trying to teach this guy! Please use the correct "your" if you're giving a grammar lecture!
That picture will actually be pretty good for you, cause the Falcon always breaks down...

PS, another great thread going on about the 600hp, 9 second sleeper rotary miata with rear intercooler. These 2 must be related.

It's hard to tell exactly how much of the fitting is obscured, but my gut feeling is that this probably will not present a significant restriction to flow in the grand scheme of things. The thermostat itself is likely a far greater restriction that than fitting, and the radiator hose is really quite oversized by comparison.
Putting a 3" diameter orifice into a 12" diameter pipe isn't a severe restriction, if the pipe is being fed by a garden hose.

Thankyou sir. I will now remove you from my list, lol.

Everybody here chill cause Hyper is about to send you all on a supersonic Hyper-speed trip out of this planet. Here is an updated bio and pictures of me:
So first of all I should say that I live in Tampa Bay, Florida. My name is Eli and I'm 53 (though I like to ignore the second digit) and am making considerable effort and hopefully having some success at staying young... maybe even childlike. But "why Peter Pan" you ask? Although Peter pan is definitely a boy, to me this character is perfectly androgynous, and in his eternal childhood rejects the idea of growing up and leaving this behind.
Of course life is not a game, and I do strive to continually grow in emotional, spiritual, and mental maturity. But there is and always was this lighter side to me. Childlike, "pixyish", and unencumbered by notions of what is and is not permissible for boys. Am I too old for such notions? Certainly not! Sure there have been times when it was a difficult and lonely road to be so openly unique, and I confess I am often mystified why something so harmless bothers some people so. But the human spirit is hard to suppress, and I have made my choice to be true to myself and live my dreams in this life. So in the end, the many friends I do make are for real, and each is worth more than 100 phonies. For what it's worth, looking in retrospect, the road less traveled certainly has been (and continues to be) the better choice!
I've many hobbies and interests including Music (guitarist), electronics, sewing, Computer programming, and I generally like anything creative. In fact, I've just released my first music CD! I also like science fiction/fantasy as well as comedy, fantasy, action-adventure films, and even well done "tear jerker" movies. I'm not super active, but I do like long walks in the woods or on the beach, and bicycling. I also absolutely LOVE to dance, though I must confess my dancing is indeed very silly! I tried to take ballet for a while, and though that is a discipline where any age beyond 30 hurts, it still is a lot of fun. And, as you might have guessed, I DO love the outfits. In fact I do quite a bit of sewing and enjoy making and modifying clothes and costumes. These range from things that I can wear all the time, to fun things more suited for parties, special occasions, or "club-wear", and many would be very suitable for a ballet performance!
I'm also a very spiritually active person, and have created an organization called Through the Cracks. It's purpose is to demonstrate how loving God really is, and help people who wish to truly verify His existence for themselves. I guarantee that if you seek the God of love, but can't stand religion, you will be blessed by our group.

Hey listen you need to chill buddy. The truth is I am been winding this topic and you are stupid enough to fall into my game. In have been around for over 10 years or so in the miata community and I have been posting under this name Hyper and M2-1028 if you care enough to know about me. Just do a seach on some of my crazy write-ups in the Miata.net and CR.net with some of the projects I have done in the past.
Your self arrogance, the fact you think you know it all and that the world simply revolves around you pretty much make you blind to new concept and ideas. Do yourself a favor and do a seach under the name Hyper and M2-1028 and you'll be surprised as to who I am. And just FYI, a product currently sold exclusively by Miatamania (Moss) was designed by me.
So do me a favor and restore my name here.

And just so you can further justify your existence, what part did you "design" for Moss?
