The extra readiator bypassing the thermostat will slow down the engine warmup.

The check valve is totally useless because there is no way he would end up with reverse flow through the heater.

The source from the side of the block is useless if he is not using it for cooling a turbo. All it does is ruining the full coolant flow through the entire engine.

To fix it he has to remove these .... Wait, and he would've ended with the proper reroute everyone else have been doing for years ...
