I saw a late '60s Mercury Cougar at Autobahn CC over the summer with a similar looking setup. It was a very well put together car, probably cost a good chunk of change too.

So far I am looking at the RMS stuff, but Hotchkis makes a complete kit. However it dowsn't use coilovers, and still uses tortion bars.
