A friend of mine sent me this a few minutes ago:
I'm honestly not sure if it's supposed to be difficult or not. The answer seemed intuitively obvious to me.
Without revealing the methodology or logic behind your reasoning, or the answer that you arrived at (so as not to spoil it for others), does anyone find it difficult to arrive confidently at a definitive answer in less than, say, 15 seconds or so?

I guess maybe that's the part that supposed to be hard about it; separating out the one important piece of data, and confidently ignoring all of the rest of it.
Seemed kind of obvious to me... Once you read the important bit, nothing else can, by definition, matter.
Reminds me of some of the stuff that was on the LSAT.
