The AI-generated cat pictures thread
Yes, it's the newest type of target with the newest type of tower:
The target you posted is an update of what I had before. The DSP 400 had the same target, just with teeth that gripped onto the rim lip. Then the 600 came out, with the beginning of ratchet style targets. They had a mini version of the black/silver triangles, with a total area of about 8 square inches. They all required a manual balance of the target, with a traditional "bubble" level.
The new hawk eye has a series of dots. The resolution is MUCH higher, and the strobe affect is almost zero. No balancing either, with more accurate pictures taken by the machine. Just clip them on and go. It can also detect obstructions and identify the issue, as well as issue target cleaning alerts. The whole target is about 6 inch diameter circle, very trick stuff. Comp times are cut in half.
The only issue yet to be overcome is comping with hubcaps on. The snugness and fit of the hubcaps adds too many variables.
EDIT: The target you posted doesn't look like an official hunter target, more of a combo of a few different styles.

Chicago's Freezing Fire - In Focus - The Atlantic
Apparently, there was a building fire during freezing temps so the foam and water from the firefighters froze after being deployed.

Dictated from the perspective of a truck driver. Many of those were just normal driving if viewed from the perspective of the driver.
