Wat? With a convertible car, the amount of total tofu available for placement in the cabin is greater than that of any trunk or third row seating. Now as practicality goes- Well... I don't like Tofu.

Having owned both, I can tell you the Miata's ability to carry tofu is greatly inferior to the Corolla's, regardless of whether the top is up or down. Hell, you can't even fit a set of DRs in it without taking the passenger seat out.

First, I would never compare a roadster's ability to carry cargo to that of a sedan or coupe`, let alone a bigger vehicle. The image I was trying to draw there, was a guy driving a Miata with tofu sky high, stemming from the passenger seat and filling the entire cabin. Maybe I should have used a Smiley, like this. ;)

Actually, though, I bet you could put some racks in, and turn a Miata into a bitchin' pizza delivery vehicle.

I'd like to see the American version of Initial D. It'd be some fat guy, hooked on porn that drives a Miata and works in pizza delivery. He has to hold the pizza box and "Big Gulp" on top of it without spilling, as high as he can, while he slides through intersections and drag races unreasonably fast ricers. Of course it wouldn't be complete without the Uber h0t blond3 that is always getting him into trouble at the pizza place, and the manager that looks like he's going to have an aneurysm all the time (Blonde chick is Manager's daughter of course).

One thing about drftin stock powered miatas tha kinda sucks for noobs is that you have to carry a lot of speed through the drift or your wheels just hook up.

I think that my favorite drift I ever did was in the rain around a traffic circle in my girlfriend's Chevy Trailblazer (FS btw!) which was e-brake initiated. I almost rolled the stupid truck and she freaked out but i was all lole lole.

There's a fat kid that I work with that damn near lost it when he found out I owned a Miata- he was trying to sell his riced out POS Neon (that supposedly ran 12.3 on 230whp, N/A, lulz) to buy one. All I could say was, "Yo, can you actually FIT in a Miata?" :giggle:

Some people really enjoy a challenge / bragging they drift a difficult car to drift in :jerkit:. More of a reason to use a miata.
