Default Almost Ready For My Greddy :DDDD

Yaaay!
I just got my pan tapped
and my IC mounted and all the necessary holes cut for the piping!

Im gonna probably start bolting on the manifold and stuff monday or tuesday hopefully.

I cant wait because im gonna be running kind of a different set up then my last car.
This time im gonna have this IC, the better piping (some say its the begi kit)
supra injectors, 02 clamp, HP fuel pump
im anxious...

The passenger side whole for the IC piping, and the Driver side whole for the IC piping.
Its recquired in this kit

That's interesting. I'm running a modified version of the Stripes kit and i didn't have to cut any holes. you're cutting into the radiator support or something?

I did everything on my car
but when it got to ic piping, the pos didnt fit.
So cut weld, cut weld cut weld, hot side doesnt want to fit too well....
so gotta go ack again tomorrow morning to figure that bitch out : /

Its all on.
Just have to figure out what we are gonna do with the driver side IC piping....
Any suggestions? right now, we cut a whole in the fenderwell and it goes trhough there.

Well, if it were me, I would order all the right alluminum bends and weld them up. I really don't have any experience with installing IC's but I know you don't want your pipes too low and risk them ever hitting the ground. I probably sound retarded as I've never done this before.

This will probably sound stupid too, but I'm doing some research on building a intercooler setup. I'm considering making pipe that goes my SC to the intercooler cooper, as conducts heat 70% better than Al. If may even make an intercooler. I need to source some 2" copper tubing. It's expensive new, but I'm going to check around and see what I can find.

Right, you said suggestions...

Wouldn't it be better to clock that turbo pointing down as that would move that pipe away from the fender and minimize the length of the pipe to reach the intercooler? That may not be practical and again I'm no turbo guy. All I know is it's something to do with snails that get hot and make air move.

is that a godspeed intercooler? my IC piping was a B***h to put in...so i took it to a muffler shop in Elk Grove and they just ran it through the two holes in the front on radiator support...pretty cool..250 bucks.. its not crush bend...check it out on youtube...type in miata turbo-yoshimura muffler...
