I just renewed my SCCA membership, at full price, and I was given a 5 month membership. It renews with the beginning date being when your previous membership expired. So, those 7 months I had no membership, no access to benefits, they expect me to backpay. Seriously? ******* comcast level ****.

 

That doesn't sound right. My membership lapsed a good 8 months or so in 2013 and when I renewed it (last May) it was (still is technically) good for a year.
I say call them up.

 

Yeah that doesnt sound right. My only complaint is that when I renew they always send me two letters with 1 card in each one so for some reason I always get two cards.

Call topeka they'll fix it.
