just class mergers that have made every stock class pretty much have 1 or two dominate class cars in every class.
new rulings just came out a few a hours ago.
Have not been to an SCCa event in close to a year because of other BS anyway

Move your shitbox to ST-R or CSP and get ---- raped by the (edit) West cost guys...who can afford to spend way to much money.
(My car will be in CSP for the next years season...should be interesting)
I was also informed of the ruling that cars could not remove the factory rollover protection in order to install a roll bar...THAT is retarded.

I'm east coast, anything past the Mississippi...and I get confused.
All I know is that all the fast guys are West and West Coast. I'm looking to have one of the fastest on the East Coast and I know I'd get stomped. Kinda exciting though.

You know what I got to say about people who bitch about car classes? Write a letter. You'd be amazed that works better then just bitching about things on the internet. 2 years ago a group of us got together and wrote a letter to get the AE86 chassis reclassed back to FSP (from DSP). With a some hours in research, a well written letter, and a little patience, it went though for 2009.

I understand newer cars get to play, and older cars move out and become oudated, but the new classsing list seems to have made very drastic changes bringing cars into class that totally do not seem to make sense.
I hope the boxter s was a misprint because that should not be in the same class as any of the CS cars (new and old).
Anyway I have not autoX in months because of other BS such as what some one said about rollbars above. I guess my frustrations is more with SCCA as a body rather than the classing.
X class and SSM seem to be more fun because i can do what i want to my car not waht I am told to do
I'll probably look at doing some suspension work, getting nicer wheels, a nwe steering wheel and maybe turbo in the futre (when i'm done with 3 years of grad school).
Yes managa I am a turn coat
