It's not about desparation, it's about revenge and depravity. Now, if her mom was nasty, I agree with you... but I have seen one or two very hot 50 year old women. Not often, but enough that it's a possibility. I didn't know how old the GF was either, 25 Y.O. GF and a 45 Y.O. Mom... well, you get the idea. I know a woman who's 35 with a 19 year old daughter... That would certainly be a opportunity for revenge.

get accustomed to it, this is how the world works. How old are you? I finally learned that I don't need a woman, by any stretch. Frankly I'm too good of a person and am important enough to myself and the rest of the world to get upset because someone doesn't want to be with me. Everyone has thier own list of priorities, and you should rank high enough on it that a woman won't discount your self and or societal worth.

 

Make sure the next one you get likes fast cars. They are usually a little more rough around the edges but atleast she won't give a crap when you spend $600 on a turbo upgrade instead of a Tennis Bracelet.

 

That's one idea. There's also the "diamond in the rough" type. For example, my gf knows fairly little about cars and actually works for an organization that does a lot of environmental policy work but she loves the way I drive and that I work on my car. She has no problem with my dumping tons of money into my car and that it wont pass CA smog anymore (not that it needs to since there's a 4 year exemption for new cars! oh and I live in DC with CA plates).

Sounds like me living in TN with Alaska plates. Doesn't help with the cops though they like to pull over tourists. TN doesn't have smog B.S. though and neither does AK so I'm free and clear to continue running without my cat. Sounds like you have a good woman on your hands. Mine doesn't understand how I could love my car so much and continually wonders why I don't research her as often as I do the Miata.

lol. sounds odd but if i get fucked over i try to erase all the mushy mushy crap from my mind and think of the ex as just a piece o' booty. helps me out every time. but don't get too carried away

i feel your pain though, really tough thing to get over, but time will heal and when you look back you'll just chuckle and go on about your way. trust me.

oh and one other thing, if/when you happen to get into another relationship...
