I voted this morning on the way to work. Go McCain! He will certainly win my state. I need him to win so NASA will stay well funded and I can keep my totally kick *** job doing R&D for NASA missions. Between my own self-interest (yeah I said it) and my overall like for McCain the choice was easy.

 

Just got back from the poll. @ ~ 1:45pm, I was #241 in the district. How sad is that?

 

Just got back with no waiting in line.

 

Voted at 9:30 and I was #285 in my precinct among those with last names beginning with S through Z. There were about 8 people in front of me so I only waited a couple of minutes. Weird thing, the line for H through M was at least 250 people and 45 minutes long.

There are a bunch of stores giving away free stuff if you show your "I voted" sticker. Krispy Kreme, Ben & Jerry's, and a few others I don't remember.

 

I voted. Wrote in Ron Paul.

 

I was #430 in our district. Got a sticker so now I'm going to get my free dinner at Shane's Rib Shack or Chic-Fil-a.

That's fair enough. I'm willing to say a good 25% of the people that DID vote (if not more) probably SHOULDN'T have voted because they have no idea how to spell current events let alone understand them...That's another issue though.

Black Voters - 97% Obama 3% McCain +/- 0%
White Voters - 50% Obama 50% McCain +/- 3%
Women Voters - 50% Obama 50% McCain +/- 3%
Hispanic Voters - 50% Obama 50% McCain +/- 3%
Asain Voters - 50% Obama 50% McCain +/- 3%

I know condition one will be true. I'm curious of the rest.

 

"Domestic Terrorists" - 98% Obama 2% McCain

 

I can see 60% Obama 40% McCain among Hispanic voters.

 

FWIW my hispanic wife and her hispanic mother are both voting for McCain, or more so voting against Obama.
