Default some bad-*** work by diy'ers!

i work at a car audio shop and we see some crazy home installs/builds. (usually when they bring them in for us to fix) but when i saw these 2 pro box builds, i just had to share. worst part is both of these boxes were in nice cars. the "fiberglass" box was in a 2006 bmw Z4. the "duct tape" box was in a 2007 audi !

fiberglass/cardoboard box:

I'm sure each of those builders has an undisclosed coolant reroute in the process of being designed.

Duct tape box at least looked like it had a bit of effort expended on it.

That cardboard box idea is bad ***. If it was in plain sight, a thief would probably not even think anything of it, especially not of it being a sub enclosure. Theft proof.

Cardboard would make it very lightweight over a fiberglass/wood enclosure...

Theft *resistant*
