Starts out with some idiot talking about drifting on an other forum. Ends up turning into a discussion about black stereo-types, sci-fi movies, fat people, McDonald's and picking your own fruit.

Thread drift fail.

Drift - Sometimes I'm in the mood for a good "stream of consciousness" thread.

Rick,
I'm somewhat surprised that people would complain about a friendly conversation like this one. Nobody is even being mean to other posters. I don't get it.

Lolz.

Geer Technologies Spinner Cooler is a new* Spinning Intercooler. Patent pending.
The Spinner-Cooler works by using the airflow of an engine's turbo or supercharger to propel a small turbine fan connected to an assembly made up of evenly spaced tubes. Thus when the bundle of tubes rotate through the ambient air, the tubes rapidly release heat and cool the air passing through the tubes.
engineering at its worst.

Ever look at the typical white persons cart? Boxes and boxes of processed, instant or frozen meals. The worst are the ones using the wicks program (what replaced food stamps). Your typical WICKS program user has a cart filled with box after box of empty carbs and grease. Sickening.

Americans love excess and instant gratification. That applies to food as much as anything.
I realized a couple weeks ago that we shop almost exclusively at the farmer's market. I dont remember the last time I went into a grocery store to get something other than condiments or non-food supplies. We had to get buns for something because the farmers market doesn't have them...

I think the thing that really enabled this is that there's a pretty awesome buffalo farm that makes all sorts of awesome stuff that serves my meat needs. It's expensive, but it's also not corn subsidy mystery meat.

We spend maybe 60-120 a week at the farmers market but the quality is ideal and the food is delicious. The expensive weeks usually include lots of meat and cheese and coffee.
