it is. To test the pump I DC'd the connectors and touched them together, one is +12 direct from the battery and the other is a ground right by the switch (actually the bolt for the strut tower bar)

well, seems to have sorted itself. I wired in an LED and taped it to the windshield, under boost it clicks on around 2500 RPM, right where I'd want it.

I'm running the walmart -30 windshield washer fluid for now, it's apparently 30% meth according to the MSDS.

I don't believe so, it only pulls timing based on the KS and IAT I belive, but with cooler intake temps it shouldn't be pulling timing and therefore help...

it's cool today so tough to tell. I need a retune anyway.

noooooo I probably won't, what I need to do is get a quicker spool and control the boost to 8psi because I'm probably only making like 6 at this altitude. I won't go above 8.
