Default WTF does kitty taste like?

I really am interested...but not so much that I am going to kill, skin, chop up, and prepare. Seeing how there are so many cat lovers on here I was wondering if anybody had consumed one in a violent fit of rage towards their meow.

I mean cat, like what you get at your local Chinese restaurant, not puanani.

I was thinking it would be boiled and then covered with sauce...kinda like chicken and broccoli.

I will ask my chinese coworker tomorrow when I go to work. I am pretty sure he has eaten cat before.

Tastes ok if you have a decent sauce for it which is the only way I've seen it prepared. Was definitely less tender than dog, but neither one is something that was prepared like a steak. Definitely not worth the cost.

In my experience, it's kind of stringy and not very good. Dog is a lot better.

I would honestly imagine it's a lot like squirrel, but a little less gamey.

Guess when I go to the phillippines I will have to try some black dog to get a good idea of how it tastes.

For someone who has ACTUALLY tried it before (what did you expect), its a little gamey and it was tender the way i had it in a stew. I didnt know it was cat i was eating till i was done with teh food.
