There are very cheap LED replacements on ebay for the map lights and dome light that throw a ton more light.

I wouldn't worry about a catback if you're only going to do a slightly larger turbo (like 18G) in the future. Just up/down and maybe the Y to the stock cans will do.

I've got an AP now with a mailorder tune from someone that the previous owner used and still only get 20mpg. Have a VAG cable and will address it when I do turbo/FP/injectors but some just seem to get crappy mileage. My former OBXT and FXT never got good mileage either.

I thought all the rear seats folded... I know they do in the wagons, it seems crazy that they wouldn't in the sedans.

Seats don't fold in my brother's '05 LGT sedan. Silly.

The rear armrest has a pass-through but I'm not sure why Subaru thought the seats shouldn't fold. It makes about zero impact on my life since I still have the old 4runner for moving larger items, it's just odd. Also puzzling is why they would choose to use the screw-in type of plastic pop fittings underneath the car, because once dirt gets into the threads they don't unscrew at all, just spin in place. It made replacing the fog light bulb a much bigger PITA than it should have been.

Because most of the engineers American, Japanese, German etc never have turned a wrench themselves. They only went to school, never had a job before and go to work for the manufacturers as an intern and stay. You can't expect these guys to have forethought. I know a few is why I give my opinion.
