And like any place on the face of this planet we also have scum bags that get a laugh at burning cars if they can't steal them. If they do steal them they usually wreck it - kick all panels in, break all glass/lights, destroy engine etc.
However, most of the time they just burn the car out to a shell when they are finished as it's less hassle to do it that way.
They steal a car and go looking for a chase from the cops, lots of ramming, scrapping off walls.
