My girlfriend, who isn't really into cars actually likes the show. She couldn't stop laughing at the challenge car part. I think a big part of the program is the lack of chemistry between the hosts, but each episode it improves. That is what makes the UK version so great is the "buddy" factor of it.

I do agree that Tanner needs to take the other two hosts out to teach them how to drive. I really wish they'd done a lap in the Boss 302 as well. I could care less what is sounds like coming out of a TV's speakers.

What was the point of that paintball cluster-****? And I think I can see them reading cue cards!

 

I get the feeling they are trying to stuff too much into one episode, the newest one felt a little rushed. Seriously the paintball segment, one challange? It was over before I realized it.

 

Bump for a new season. I dont think TGUK did a 2 door as a truck episode? Thought it was pretty good.

I have not watched it since I feel asleep at episode one. The fat guy just annoys the hell out of me. I cringe when I here his voice. So whinny.


On a side note. I have been enjoying TGUK. These season feels like all is back to normal. Last season was a little stale.

yeah, I saw that and thought what TGUS did wasn't that bad. it could have been a lot worse:

From what I read that car was pretty trashed before TG picked it up. Also, it was decided that they didn't mod the same miata to be a 4x4. They bought a miata a premade miata 4x4 and then bought a regular miata that matched it.
