I want to see more old cars. I guess because it was the first episode they had to lift American spirits with the Viper and gunship, and the Lambos, but I really hope they start talking about cheap, fun cars. Like the Miata.

And I think they focused on minorities in the audience way too much for some reason. They had the camera straight-up on this Asian dude for like 15 seconds. What are they trying to say?

Exactly what I was thinking. It had some lol moments and I could see glimpses of chemistry that just needs time to really come into its own in an entertaining way. I bet its better each week.

 

OMG WHAT A LOAD OF S@#$. I just downloaded it and watched it on my Xbox. I fell asleep somewhere during the viper chase. The presenters are horrible. Foust is the only one that has potential. The fat guy made me want to punch him and then myself in the face for watching.

 

I would have loved Adam Corolla. I'll watch anything he does. even amateur gay ****.

The scripting was atrocious. I can't believe how many people on here are praising the fat guy. IMO, he was the worst. The mole guy needs to go, too. I'm hoping it lasts long enough to get a second season, so they can change the "cast" up with at least one more car guy. Also, the camera work needs some help. Too many shaky in car shots and the close up of the hands in the Big Star, Small Car bit were annoying. It's too early to tell how it will end up, but here's hoping it improves.

 

Leno, Corolla, Foust..... would of been better.

You info is incorrect. Carolla is a huge auto enthusiast. GRM had a spread on some of his cars a couple years ago. Carolla would have been an appropriate addition to the show. His humor and experience would have helped develop the show.

Leno will never do it since it won't pay him enough. Plus they'll lose viewership after the whole Leno/Conan debacle.

 

As knowledgeable as he is about cars, Leno is boring. When he was finally brought on as a guest on the OG Top Gear, I realized how boring he is. Even still, Leno would be better than the Mole.

Leno's not boring. He was nervous being the guest on a British show. Remember the Revolutionary War? The whole we kicked Britain's *** thing? It's still awkward between the 2 countries.

Leno would be fine on Top Gear USA.

 

If you are talking about Patrick Dempsey, you have a winner. If he could get away from Grey's Anatomy to do Top Gear America, the show would definitely profit.
