Default true life: I drive a GXP

So I have a GXP rental car and all these ------s in v6 mustangs want to flex on me for a race. I mean seriously, come the **** on.

Anyways, I'm pretty a virgin, so I took the offer finally last night on the highway. Its one thing to drive a v6 mustang, its another to get rolled by a fwd pontiac. lulz.

ummm, from your fwd comment, I assume it's a G6 GXP, and not a Solstice GXP or G8 GXP?

I'd rock the G8 without complaint.

I'd take a Pontiac over a bland Japanese sedan.

considering the doors in this g6 are 8' long, only have stops at half way open and fully ajar, and the notches to hold the door open aren't deep enough to keep it from slamming on your leg, **** em. The doors on this car make me ******* insane.

I liked the equinox ss though. I could almost buy one of those.

It's a shame that car is still around. Oh wait, it's already been replaced. One of the last cars from the "old guard" to be designed and, naturally then, one of the last to finally be replaced.

I've been around american cars my whole life, my aunt works for GM. It's all we've ever owned....there's also a reason no one in my family owns an american car anymore too I'd love to buy american, but I also dont enjoy driving turd mobiles. The G8, while I'd drive it, isn't much to boast about. The G6 is lame. the soltice is ugly as ****. But it's not like im saying go buy a camary....it's all car designers can do now is make ugly *** round cars (350z, g35, g6, tC, 2-dr altima, etc.) or large *** rhino mobiles (camary, maxima, m5, etc) everything in a sedan looks like something attach plastic body armor to it. I honestly dont see myself buying anything newer than 2000.

I don't think there is a single new car out there that really gets me enthusiastic about needing a new car one of these days. They all look like **** and they are all significantly over weight. Just like your average Houstonian.

Every "new" car out there has so much electronic bullshit to go wrong, I'm afraid to buy one. This is exactly why I bought another miata.

I hope I don't turn into that old guy driving a car older than his children.

With all the rear-endings lately, my feelings on having an Atom to DD are seriously changing, I'd rather not have an engine imbeded in my head
