As the video states, United Airlines trashed his Taylor guitar. Since the video has hit, and become a hit, United is now in negotiations with him

Awesome! Catchy tune, and I love when John Q. Public extracts sweet revenge on a big corporation that's slighted him.

 

Great video, and some nice songwriting too. Ive flown many times with guitars, its pretty hard to damage a guitar that's in a decent case. United probably assumed the guitar belonged to a terrorist or average American,removed it from its case to sniff it for bombs or even worse marijuana,then dropped it broke it, then put it back in its almost indestructible case and denied everything.
Edit- He was on his way to Nebraska, that can only mean methamphetamine.

I finally watched this when I got home last night (no youtube at work) and loved it.

Great job (and revenge) by the guy.

I had it stuck in my head all night, and even had dreams I was playing guitar like a fiend (I can barely pluck three chords).
