go to court and fight the power, it's your right. and 9 out of 10 the judge feels the same.

to be honest, i filled it out, and put the check in the envelope, and set it aside, and it got burried under some papers...

Yeah, its my fault, but ****, you would think you would get some other kind of notice other than "your license has been suspended"

I think all i gotta do is go pay it, and they will reinstate it..


ticket was 250 for 15 MPH over... and then how ever much for no proof of insureance (didnt have my card in the car) But that one i think all i gotta do is show i had coverage.. but then again that was before it went unpaid.

HEY man WTF. i hope you get this straight it sucks proof of insurance is a mandatory court apearance in KY. So think about it you got off lucky htey didnt throw a bench warrent on your *** and pick you up at work. Take care and fix this **** dude. GL

They did. It was notification of that bench warrant from the judge for missing your court date.
