yes...i just let it all out...lol. Its really cool though. I've always wanted to do this to a car, and things have been going right in my life professionally to facilitate my hobby. I also found a guy who wants to work a trade on miata parts for my broken vw...lol.

I just looked at the packing list...they sent me a 2560 and not a gt28rs.

Man, i never knew they welded that tubing onto the compressor inlet. Crazy **** right there. Wonder if they do anything to combat warpage when welding housings or if someone had the housing off the turbo if it would be a problem.

*shakes head at modifying compressor inlets*

It's like someone machining down the nice smooth velocity-stack style inlet on turbos like mine to 2.5" hose size, it makes me cry a little.

Lets chop off the wings of this 747 so it fits in our little hangar better...

so are they gonna swap the turbo for you?

I hope. I really think the gt28rs will be much happier at 250whp than the 2560. I have a built motor, so I'd like to have a little head room...if i ever get a ring for a 6-speed that can take the power.

just talked to Stephanie at BEGi, and everything is getting taken care of.
