I was getting 23,000 kb/s in the dorms at Cal Poly when I was there over the summer (mabye 50 kids using).

At my grandparent's house.

You all make me sick. But if you think this is slow, you should see what I have to deal with in Iraq. Basically, I pay $150 a month for a connection that makes a 56k look fast.

From Hawaii to San Francisco on RoadRunner cable. Grandparents setup, no idea what speed connection they pay for.

for real. At the moment, clerical/front desk stuff with a little cataloging of new books. I'm actually working on a masters in library science to be a librarian. Don't know what kind of library I'll end up in, law, university, public, or museum. The plan is either stick with this track and have a relatively stress free job that pays decently or go to law school after this degree, make lots of money for a lot more stress.
I made a lot of costly (money and GPA) mistakes in undergrad so I figured I'd do well on a grad degree that was relative to where I was working already and see what I want to do from there.

I have the pro package so 25 a month. It would prob be faster if I wasnt on wireless. I might hook up my laptop directly to the router to see if it is any different that my desk top.
