If I had a LSD already and was just re-gearing because of the 6 speed I'd think about the 3.63's, although I don't know if Im going to have the HP to pull that much gear anyway. I think he was basing that off of your statement in the first post that "I'm in the middle of swapping a 2004 MSM 6 speed drivetrain into the car." I made the same assumption.

If the diff had come out of an '04-'05 MSM, then you'd also need the axles from the same car. These were incompatible with all other 1.8 differentials, and visa-versa.

My bad; I should have been clearer about the diff coming from a different car. I found it a week or so after the MSM motor and trans came.
