Default Who here is being a Hustler?

I'll admit, I am. I got parts piled up and I'm not turbo'd. I got a box full of silicone bends, couplers, and T bolts. A new wastegate in a box, a new BOV in a box. A new turbo sitting on my desk staring at me. A manifold sitting in a box. And flanges, oil take off parts, and on and on. Got almost everything. And it's all sitting, collecting dust. Just need some oil feed and drain lines, fittings, and a few other small things. Plan to turbo it over Christmas break. I know I'm not alone...

my BEGi s2 kit, MSPnP, Tein Flex's, Hyperflex bushing kit, and a slew of other parts have all been sitting in their boxes for months now waiting for me to get to them. :(

Me too.

Problems trying to get the stock car running 100% continually impede my ability to turbo the car.

At least oil cooler/radiator are going in tomorrow. And possibly MSPNP this week (IF I can figure out my phantom electrical problems)

Turbo, BOV, 550cc injectors, clutch & flywheel, and UEGO are sitting here in boxes. External WG is on the way, MS is on the way / currently being assembled by Braineack. I still need IC & pipes (ebay), manifold (still shopping / deciding), oil and water lines, and downpipe / highflow cat / exhaust.

I will first install the MS on the car stock, then add the injectors, then boost it. I suspect I will be shopping for wider wheels & tires shortly thereafter too.

All my parts are either at my house or where my car is being stored. Someday it will be running and boosted again... Right now I'm just having fun snagging great deals on all the parts I wanted, so when it does go back together, it will be just the way I want it to be.

What happened to using a recirc valve for stealth? The Tial is anything but stealth.

I bought it cause I just wanted something that would work and get me turbo'd. I got a feeling I'm not gonna like it as I hear (no pun intended) that they are loud. But they suposedly are reliable and don't leak at idle. So I'll run it for now. Plus I wont' have to fab **** to install it. Just weld the little v-band thing it came with to my charge pipes and clamp it on. Only in the interest of getting tubo'd sooner rather than later.

I've got everything except oil lines. I need to rebuild the turbo, and get my injectors cleaned. I hopefully will be doing it over Christmas break.

I'm swapping in the stock 99 engine I bought over the next 3 days. My current engine is burning a quart of oil every 20 miles.

I had a big weekend with my 2 turbo cars. The 91 got the big FM sways and bilsteins sports with tein springs and fcm bumps.
The 99 got Tein SS and we plugged its huge exhaust leak.

I need to put my XD gauge in the 99 and put in the ETD fuel rail.

The 91 is ready to rock, except the stock hood goes on it once I get the car home again (it's at my dad's garage).

I have a BEGi S kit sitting in the pool room waiting to be installed in my girlfriend's car. But it just came in wednesday and the oil feed fitting is missing along with the intake pipe. Probably do it this weekend.

Actually Hustler has stuff bolted to his engine, so the thread should read: "Who here is being a Pat?".

Lface- how many of those little intercoolers are you going to use?

Stuff I have sitting around waiting on action: EVO intake mani, kia oil pan, F8 block, F2T crank, set of poly bushings, 3.63 gear, RX7 lsd, big merc oil cooler...
