I love cops having tasers. Cuts down on the number of shooting deaths by giving them non lethal weapons. A customer of mine, a cop, shot a streaker with one. Lucky guy got one of the darts right in the pecker. That's gotta hurt.

I have a serious problem with officers having tasers because they don't understand that after one use, it becomes a fatal weapon. They use it as a threatening device, "get up or I'll do it again". I can only hope that happens to me someday - that way the city, state, police department, and anyone else I happen to be pissed off at that day will pay for my schooling, houses, cars, and retirement.

Tazers are not used to make people cooperate. They are meant to incapacitate people. I've seen several videos like this where people who pose no threat to police officers (like handcuffed people) are repeatedly tazed and it disgusts me. If you're pissed off that I think he should have his college and retirement paid for by the state, perhaps you should live through the same thing and then make up your mind.
By the way - those two LEOs should both serve jailtime for assault with a deadly weapon.

those mother ******* make me sick but it is better than shooting him while handcuffed behind his back as alot of cops in my state have done hurt is better than dead. But if they ever throw something like that on me then they better hope they kill me cuase i have nothing to loose and 99% likely i did nothing to deserve there bullshit. I would have tried to help that guy.
