Why was I double charged for my annual subscription?

My Paypal was hit twice in two days for the same $40 auto-renewing annual membership charge. Not cool.

Good luck...
Mine was auto-renewing and it got hit double so I turned the "auto" off and manually renewed it (then ultimately cancelled).
