Geez, I really suck. My best time of the day was a lousy 10.133 (1/8th of course) in an '05 MSM (not my car) bouncing off the rev-limit for the last couple of seconds. My wife ran a 9.7 in her '05 MSM (with FM intake kit). Between not being able to find 3rd gear and doing a 2nd to 1st shift I just couldn't get a good run. Makes me wonder if I should be making my future LSx Miata an automatic <G>...

 

Sounds like I have the same shifting issue...a lot of the times when my friends and I go out to the middle of nowhere to do a couple of runs, I find I mis-shift 2-3. I just gotta remeber to push up on the shifter with my palm open instead of trying to manhandle it into the gate. What does the car in your sig run?

 

lol needs some solid motor mounts and diff mounts and that gets alot easier man

 

Too lazy to change my sig but that car has been sold. When I had her she ran a 9.10 which means probably an 8.6 with a real driver, 8.3 with some tires, and 8.1 with some tuning <G>. The car was lightning fast but never reached its full potential.
