Isn't that more than a new Z06? Isn't the Z06 better all around? I sware every time Ford makes a new performance Mustang similar cars from the competition are faster.

I'd still kill a man for a GT GTX1. I'm in love with that exhaust note.

I hate dealerships...it's not like having a GT500 costs them more to keep around the shop than any of the others. Let's just tack on the price of another whole car because...you'll pay it if you want it!

even though i agree with most of the statement, you are wrong, it does cost them more to keep one around, its called a floorplan
dealers do not keep cars on their lot out of their own pocket, they float them with the banks money

Of all the things to spend $150K on? A Mustang? What kind of a person does it take to A.) Have that kind of money to spend on a car and B.) decide an overhyped, heavy, and inferior to a cheaper Corvette Z06 or used Ferrari is a good way to spend it?

Plus it would be tough to insure for that amount. Imagine if it were totalled driving off the lot (which happens often). Not to mention the comparatively shitty resale. Looses $100k as soon as you put the key in the switch.

My mom reserved a smart car a couple months ago, then cancelled it after we went to drive one. It actually handles pretty well, but the 90hp coupled with a shitty transmission ruined it. If you left it in auto mode, it would get up to about 5mph, pause literally for a second (maybe a little longer), then shift into 2nd gear and continue. It would do this every time it shifted. Using the paddle shifters made it slightly faster, but you still feel like you're riding in a car with someone that's learning how to drive stick.

My local Ducati dealer has a convertible smart car for $24k

god i see smart cars every day now, the lexus dealer i drive by to work has them...i see people test diving them all the time when i go out for lunch....i wanna push them over.

newbsauce and i met up for lunch the other day and saw a smart car parked out front, we looked at it and it was obvious who the owner was when we walked in....he didn't like what we had to say about it when he intently overheard our conversation
