Yet Another Gun Thread
about time i post in here, this is my concealed piece. I work in and out of alot of different offices in dressy clothes and have to climb around behind servers desktops ect so size was a huge factor for me.

I am very happy so far aside from 2 feed errors (same box of range ammo) the gun has been flawless otherwise for the 400-500 rounds ive put thru it. the LCP's feed issue is well documented, I plan on having ruger service it if it happens again.
PUSHA: are you hunting hogs in one of the wildlife preserves or private property? A buddy and I are looking into the licensing needed for state lands but of course there website sucks

Loaded up another 500 rounds for a fun shoot this weekend.
Also probably picking up a M&P Shield this weekend if the almost new one I am checking out is as good as it looked in pictures. Enough people that are very happy with it that I just 'have' to add it to the collection.

I hated on Ruger for about 2 seconds for 'copying' the design of KelTec's P3AT and PF9 pistols, but I like them all the same. Ruger's fit and finish and the general feel in your hand is worlds above KelTec in my opinion, even though I still bought the Keltec. Think Ruger kinda failed with the LC9 putting a safety on a DAO CCW pistola though..

Personally I went with the PF9 and opted to polish the chamber and feed ramp before ever firing it. To date I've fired about 1300 rounds through it and have yet to experience even ONE malfunction that wasn't 100% my fault. Recently I've been working on some soft cast lead slug light powder loads for super cheap plinking rounds, it appears 2.8 grains of Alliant Unique powder aren't enough to cycle the PF9.
Strangely, those ran like a Swiss Car in my Keltec Sub2000, which has a MUCH stronger recoil spring than the pistola. Wondering if barrel length might play into that?
But, I bought it, did some minor clean-up to the slide and feedramp before firing it, and have had ZERO fails-to-anything in about 600rds now. I've fired about 6 different kinds of 115g and one 124g, and am ready for a grip-tamer so I can shoot more than 50rds at a time. It's as accurate as I am and disappears when I carry it. I do wish the trigger reset wasn't so damn long, but I'm used to it now.
I was dead-set on trading it in for a Shield, but the gun has been perfect, so I'm going to keep it. Looking for a laser now... lotsa options.
The closest you can get is to have a fanny pack/bag that has a closed compartment for the firearm and then a second closed location for magazines. Must be 100% separate. Even then, you'll get arrested and have to fight it in the courts (unless the last guys court battle actually made an impact).
It's the last state with NOTHING in the US.
