I'm too busy to research it ATM, has anyone tried porting the barrel on the GSG5 and doing an integral suppressor? Seems like that might be a good solution?

Maybe they'll think twice before pulling the next strong arm stickup? Maybe next time someone will just kill the worthless pieces of trash..

So I'm a little sadistic... but I enjoyed watching them flee, like a couple cats in a fight.

Anyone else suddenly want to trade their current CCW piece for a Five-Seven? :-(

not really, ammo prices are ridiculous, just like the gun. Plus it looks ugly as hell.

not impressed, probably because thats sissy armor compared to my mil issued steel plate kevlar vest, and a normal respectable handgun round would penetrate that armor from that distance anyways. That was around 8-10 feet, or "point blank" range.

Bullshit.

Tell me again how a normal respectable handgun round will penetrate a level 3a from point blank range? The Five-Seven has been DOCUMENTED that it will defeat body armor of anything less than ceramic rifle plates. Need I remind you, NOBODY is going to be walking around with a ------- plate carrier on. Typical shootings are ~7 yards anyway.......

Forget about this already?

Off the shelf IIIa body armor and the police can't touch it with their "respectable handguns."

BLACK TALON K0P K!11A4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think I've made my point... I'm not trying to start a pissing match here, I'm simply trying to point out that a 5.7x28 will defeat the type of body armor some piece of ---- wears while shooting up a movie theater at an acceptable CCW range.

Date with the ATF on monday

Long story short - bought 3 supressors 5 years ago, only one got approved, the others were disapproved. During the ATF 6mo window, SOT was incarcerated for being in possession of something he shouldn't have been (or didn't have paperwork for it), which doesn't suprise me because that's the reason why the 2 cans were disapproved - they weren't in his name which could be why he's still behind bars.

Anyway, slimeball was stupid, got himself into jail, and I have never been able to take possession of the approved suppressor that's in my name... time to do something about it and so I'm speaking with the agent working this case aginst slimeball. I called her several years ago when this all happened and she said to wait it out, thinking he'd be out and back in business. Seems I'm not the only caught up in his ----... 'hopefully' I still have a chance of taking possession of the approved supressor - otherwords I want it out of my name.
