I was starting to think that becoming a member of the NRA might not be a bad idea, then I saw a video of there CEO speaking, now I remember why I'll never give them a cent.
Also, the only two gun laws that the President has enacted have both been pro-gun. One was allowing gun owners to carry a gun in there luggage on an Amtrak train, the second was to allow gun owners to carry a gun in National parks.
Video here from 11:00 to 14:25.

I don't see any reason to join the NRA.

I wasn't considering it for cereal, just thinking "I like guns... the NRA is a pro-gun lobby... our interests are the same... maybe I should join." But then I was all like "That guy (NRA CEO) looks to be severely retarded, It's nice that they let him hang around and all, but I think they should have chosen a different leader."

I'm an NRA Member.....everytime I walk buy this guy's booth @ Gun shows... "NRA Member??" "Yep." "Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaank YA! NRA Member???"

Don't care what gun laws he has or hasn't passed. He could come out tomorrow and say not only is he lifting NFA firearms legislation, also that suppressors, automatic rifles, short barreled rifles and shotguns would rain from the skies.. I'd still vote for a red ******* brick before I'd EVER consider for 1 micron of a second to cast my vote on that man. In fact, I'd rather jump off a bridge than listen to one more word come from his mouth.

Here, this about sums it up:

Bought 2000 pcs of once fired 9mm brass today. This is going to take a while...

as much as I'd love to debate the intricacies of firearm legislation, I'd appreciate it if we could keep this thread clean.

I've never plowed through a gun show so fast in my life, 64 minutes to walk the entire thing. Saw 2 Sub2000's which were both overpriced. Decided that I'm not spending more than $299 + tax for one and both were $349+tax.

Did buy 2 Korean 33 rounder 9mm mags for $40 and a bag of 500 .40S&W for $15.. There's another show in 2 weeks, maybe better luck next time.

just clean out your rifle.

I hate how nuggets are $80 shipped then another $25 for the FFL transfer. such bullshit.

The composition of the primer wasn't my issue. I wanted some re-loadable brass for free...

Picked up 2 Korean made Glock 9mm 31 round magazines today. Both seem to feed properly but one won't lock the slide open after the last round has ejected. Disassembled both magazines and examined both closely, can't seem to figure out what one of the followers is hanging up on inside the magazine body. Each follower works great in the one good magazine so there is something not right about one of the bodies, so I'm going back to the show tomorrow and see if I can exchange it.

If you press on the side of the follower it'll pop up high enough, but that does me no good..

Every wanted a Waltehr WA2000?

Now you can buy one for a paltry $42,000:

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=253228684

Sure, it's still located in Germany but importation will only take 10 to 15 weeks and should be no problem, right? What a joke.
