i'm pretty sure EMOTIVA's MMC-1 has hdmi switching. feel free to call either company up. these ID companies love to talk to "real" buyers.

my friend has an outlaw avr hooked to a marantz projector using a high end denon dvd player out to thiel speakers. the results are basically amazing.

it makes some big steps down. it still looks like it transcodes to HDMI but does no processing. both the video and audio sections don't compare. i like the price though.
emotiva has the most basic hdmi switching. 2x1
have no idea about outlaw.
oppo makes dvd players. i like their $230 universal player that even plays DIVX
