I've got you beat. I just got up at 5AM and I don't start work until 7PM (only up 13 hours too early <G>). No biggie though, I am doing a 100K mile belt/hose/pump/seal/radiator change on my mother-in-law's 10AE so I'll just pop into the garage for a little wrenching. Spent 7 hours on it yesterday (I'm slow) and I am to the point where the timing belt is on and I am putting stuff back together. I don't know how in the hell the shop only charges 3.5 hours for a timing belt job. I've got another 3 hrs left on this one!
FWIW, I checked my Geo Metro forums first <G>...

Same as above, up mon-fri 4:30 for a 6am start, out at 2:30 though. I'm not in bed till ten most nights, although Sunday and Monday almost never before 11. 4.5 hours of sleep suuuuuucks
I confuse myself if I take a nap after work. I'll wake up at 5pm and panic that I need to get dressed and get out the door for work.

I was used to getting up at 5am everyday, shop by 6:30, then to the job until dark, then the ride home however long that might be. I was working crazy hours just because it was the family business and I was the slave son. Then the farm I worked at I was on call 24/7, and pretty much worked 24/7.
I love making my own hours now. Its nice to be able to make time for **** if something comes up. Granted most of the time I still feel like there's not enough time, but its whatever I make of it now.

I like those times when you have a cold or mild flu, and you are drugged up really nicely. You wake up at dawn and look at the clock and thing "****! I'm gonna be late to work!" and you get up and get dressed and then realize it's the same day/night, not the next morning, and you forgot you were out of work and sleeping all day. Then you have to stand there and think for a few minutes..... "I'll be damned" I've done that a few times.
