And you thought that mx6 modded turbo was bad
I think he was looking at this (http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main...&products_id=3) and got the idea...
Or maybe he still lives with his parents.
How much do you think that house cost in NE. Probably $150,000. His mortgage is less than rent up here could ever be.
Nah, the land is probably cheap, but it still costs a lot to build a house like that. I'd say 250k minimum. Figuring 220k for the house and 30k for the land.Actually, I just looked at it again. That driveway was very expensive. So I'm low.
yeah i know im not the only one, or the worst place for COL. However, i do watch me a lot of "what's my house worth" and "house hunters" and get really pissed off sometimes.
I have ~2300 sqft on 1.5 acres, last I looked I think I had 187k in it (156 purchase + 31 in renovations). It appraised at 250k. The house a couple doors down is for sale, if you're lookin. It's on .75 acres I think and is low 200's.
While that does sound reasonable, **** if I want to live 1.5-2 hrs from downtown for my daily commute.
yeah, if you go in peak traffic it can definitely be 2 hours or more. when I had an office in midtown (off peachtree st at 16th, diagonally across from the atlanta symphony and art center) I could get there in 45 minutes if I left by 6.
It probably doesn't cost any less than it would where I live, which is backwoods enough that they have a business on the town square that's a combination of restaurant, furniture store, and Dukes of Hazard museum. That house would easily go for twice that here.
I just cannot belive this guy still lives. Thinking outside the box and thinking outside the brain are just two different things. Dude needs to jump off a cliff and let darwin's take its course.
